  I had a turbo problem on my mini that appeared to baffle many. I was becoming incredibly frustrated and then I noticed the advert for Forrest Motors. They state in their advert that ' Forrest Motors Technicians are all passionate about under taking each job to a high standard'
  I can categorically support this statement. Simon on reception would ring me before they undertook each step of their investigation with an idea of costs to seek approval and obviously keep me apprised of developments! Chris, the diagnostic expert refused to be beaten when diagnostic results were giving all sorts of indications. He clearly did not wish to go down the most expensive route first and found other creative ways to isolate the issue at hand. This helped to keep my costs to a minimum. This is so rare in this day and age where the majority of garages are more concerned with racking up the pounds than providing a fair and honest service!
